will pay it becuase it may be thier only option to owning the car. Not many banks will finance a 10+ year old high mileage car, but a dealership can. But anybody paying sticker price on a used car is retarted, I bet the dealership would take 6 or 7k for it. A guy I know saw a TTZ at a local dealership in the area, they wanted around 11k for it, a nice car, he walked with it for around 7k.
